Congress seats Andrew Yatilman as Yap’s four-year senator at its Third Regular Session.

What happened

Yatilman had won a November 2025 special election for the seat left by former president Joseph Urusemal’s death. He gave up his post as Secretary of Environment, Climate Change and Emergency Management to take the oath.
