Maigret leaves Pohnpei on the Notre Dame de Paix without converts, after about seven months (MicSem: six).
What happened
The schooner Notre-Dame de Paix returned on 2 July and Maigret sailed on 29 July for Valparaíso. His two Mangarevan companions stayed on Pohnpei and married local women, and two Pohnpeian men sailed in their place, later settling with families in Tahiti.
