Tosiwo Nakayama served as President of the Truk District Legislature.

What happened

Nakayama, who represented Onoun, had recently returned from studies in Hawaii on a Trust Territory scholarship. In June 1961 he went on to advise the US delegation at the UN Trusteeship Council.
