Nena asks governors for drought data because the US declaration excluded Weno, Pohnpei and Kosrae main islands.

What happened

FEMA’s survey team had not counted the drought’s effects on the main islands, though people and food crops there were visibly suffering. Nena asked the governors for evidence that conditions had worsened so the main islands could be added to the declaration.
