President Leo Falcam loses his Pohnpei at-large seat, ending his re-election bid.
What happened
Because Congress can only choose the president from its four at-large senators, losing his Pohnpei seat meant Falcam could not be chosen for a second term. The same had happened to Haglelgam in 1991 and would happen to Peter Christian in 2019. Wikipedia, the main source here, gives no specific citation for the loss.
