A Starlink gateway goes live on Kosrae.
What happened
The FSM’s telecom cable company installed the satellite gateway, and Vice President Aren Palik and Kosrae Governor Tulensa Palik commissioned it. Kosrae’s undersea cable, the East Micronesia Cable, landed later in 2025.
