Lepalik I tells Hammet he executed 14 men and 4 women over the Henrietta/Harriet attack.

What happened

During HMS Serpent’s visit, Lepalik I told Commander Hammet that he had executed 14 men and 4 women over the destruction of the whaler Harriet (the outline’s Henrietta). The outline cautions that the king may have said this to avoid British reprisals.
