Conflicting name: another COM-FSM page gives the first Western Carolines governor as Mariano Torres de Navarro.

What happened

The COM-FSM “Government Administration” student page lists Mariano Torres de Navarro as the first Western Carolines governor from 29 June 1886, followed the same year by Manuel Elisa and Indalicio Gil. The COM-FSM timeline and MicSem’s Catholic history name Manuel de Elisa as the governor who arrived that day, and the student page’s governor list has inconsistent spellings.
