An epidemic strikes Kitti.

What happened

Fr. Agustín de Arínez, pastor in Kitti, reported the epidemic in a letter that also mentions a special school for Christian doctrine and 18 adult baptisms in the past year. Hezel lists a measles outbreak on Pohnpei the same year.
