What happened

Antonio Cabeza Pereiro’s book covers Pohnpei’s geography, ethnography and history, with 22 plates and 10 maps and a preface by General Valeriano Weyler. An English translation of his recollections of the 1890–91 uprising exists, and modern Spanish historians such as Cabello Berdún draw on his work.
