Typhoon Faxai kills two on Kosrae; Falcam closes national offices in Pohnpei as the storm approaches.

What happened

Faxai formed west of Kosrae and stalled there for about five days, dropping between 27 and 63 cm of rain. One person was killed by a falling coconut treetop and another drowned clearing a water intake pipe.
