All 14 constitutional amendments fail; just over 15,000 of 67,000 registered voters turn out.
What happened
Each amendment needed 75% in three of the four states, and none reached it; the highest national yes vote was 67.7%, for a minimum number of Supreme Court justices. Dual citizenship drew 56.5% by the government’s count (54% in other tallies).
Why it matters
Several ideas rejected here, including dual citizenship and an independent prosecutor, finally passed in 2023.
