FSM adopts a new immigration regulation; the European Commission ambassador presents credentials.

What happened

According to a release whose text is only partly preserved, the regulation took effect in October 2005 and was meant to match FSM immigration law and the amended Compact. On 17 November Robert Ridolfi presented his credentials in Palikir as the European Commission’s ambassador.
