What happened

The book, Over Seas and Time, was written by the Micronesian Seminar (MicSem), building on an earlier draft by John Haglelgam and Joakim Peter. The FSM Congress funded years of research and the Department of Education paid for the final version. It covers the islands’ story from their formation to the present.
