The 4th Constitutional Convention disbands after proposing eight amendments.

What happened

The convention had been unable to meet from March 2020 to June 2022 because of COVID-19. In November 2022 Congress added a ninth amendment, on a right to a healthy environment, and all nine went to voters on 4 July 2023.
