Gustav Boeder becomes district officer (dewiki: 1909; MicSem: replaced Fritz in 1910).
What happened
Boeder took over from Georg Fritz, whom Berlin had removed for moving too slowly with the land reform. Boeder refused to honor Fritz’s agreement with Sokehs and announced plans to rebuild the long-neglected road to Kitti.
