German forces storm the mountain stronghold of Nankiop.

What happened

Sokehs fighters who escaped had withdrawn from Sokehs Island to a stronghold on Mount Nankiop in the interior. German forces pursued them there with ships’ guns supporting operations on Sokehs and in the northwest of the main island.
